As a recipient of the prestigious Foster Club Young Leader Award—given annually to just 20 former foster youth nationwide for outstanding community impact—Michael exemplifies dedication to creating positive change.

With a proven track record of securing impactful grants, revamping donor systems, and building strong stakeholder relationships, Michael specializes in enhancing program outcomes for nonprofits. He has successfully launched rapid rehousing programs, planned high-impact events, and secured over $600,000 in funding to support youth homelessness initiatives to Lowndes County.
